Eating so many fizzy & sour sweets. I tend to go through phases with sweets and chocolate where I enjoy something all the time until I get bored, currently it's tangfastics! They're pretty addictive. If you happen to just buy me a bag or two or three I'd totally be okay with that...
Enjoying scrapbooking. I have mentioned Project Life in previous posts and keep promising to show you. I will! I'm currently catching up with photos from last year. I was a bit late starting but beginning to get into it a lot more. I already love looking back at what we've done and displaying it creatively.
Excited to meet our friends baby boy - they are finally coming to visit at the end of this month!
Learning to use my time for effectively and be more productive - I kept this in from my July post because I still haven't figured it out. I get so inspired really late at night and have a plan in place but as soon as I wake up tired I am lost and find all the other interesting, unproductive, procrastinating things to do. Ugh. It's hard.
Watching Grey's Anatomy! There was a time you may remember when I was racing through every season but just as I had 3 episodes left of season 8, LoveFilm changed to AmazonPrime and it went off; but by some micracle it appeared again on SkyGo and I've just finished watching season 9! Oh my heart! Looking forward to starting season 10 soon!
Planning our next getaway! We did think about an American roadtrip but thought since we'd been to Thailand already this year we ought to be sensible and not dip into savings. We had weeks of debate but finally settled on an English holiday back to beautiful Yorkshire where we went last year
Anticipating christmas already of course! I am so excited for the weather to get colder and all the festivities to begin - especially the German Market that comes to town every year.
Getting back into exercising and working out. I had a routine before we went to Thailand where I worked out 3-4 days a week with a DVD in my lounge. Finally (only took months!) I'm back into it and already feeling the difference.
Looking forward to lots of roadtrips around the country to see friends and family over the next few months. Love a long car journey with my hubby!
Celebrating the Autumn season!

Recovering from our holiday to Thailand! I will be uploading our photos over the next few days/weeks with places we went and things we did. We had the most incredible time although I managed to get food poisoning on the way home so we had a horrendous journey back, that mixed with jet lag meant I slept for about a week. My immune system is fully down & I'm holed up in bed with an ear ache & cold. Having said that I'm....
Enjoying the sunshine in England! Since we've been home the sun has pretty much stayed out for us so the English summer has done us proud again. There's been plenty of BBQs, picnics, water fights and long evenings hanging outside with friends.
Excited to meet our friends baby boy born last night!
Learning to use my time for effectively and be more productive.
Watching all the old planet of the apes movies. Since the new one has come out I feel like I need to be a little more educated on the background. It's been funny seeing the connections between the old movies and the new ones.
Planning our next adventure! Always planning the next big trip. Travelling is in our hearts, we can't hold it in. We're back & we're like 'where next!??'
Ordering some football boots for Sam. A new team is starting up in our community & Sam's going to be part of it. He's never really been into it before but it's been so fun to see him come back from practice feeling so good about himself.
Wanting to find something new to be a part of for myself. Feeling the FOMO!
Drinking a lot of tea! Nowhere does tea like England & I missed it so much, plus it was way too humid in Thailand to even think about drinking hot stuff.
Looking forward to the coming weeks. Life just gets more intriguing, exciting and so much is going on over summer I don't want to miss a thing.
Celebrating every single day!

Appreciating a tidy home. It's been all go this week doing laundry and cleaning up ready for our holiday to Thailand. Nothing nicer than coming back from holiday to a peaceful and clean home knowing there is nothing to do except unpack and grab a cuppa!
Excited for the weekend. We are off for our annual camping trip with our church community although we are not actually camping this time! Too soon before the holiday, but we'll be joining them for a day at Ragley Hall & a BBQ afterwards!
Hoping for sunshine on Saturday!
Learning to not 'want', 'want', 'want' all the time. I'm generally pretty good though.
Anticipating good Thai food. Most of the reason we travel so much is because we are big foodies and we want to try as much as the world has to offer. I can't wait! Breakfast buffets, street food! NOM!
Feeling nervous about the World Cup! Hah. I have been SO into it this year. I'm into it every time but I've been watching most of the matches this time round and learning about what the results of each match might actually mean for each country. Shame Spain didn't even get through the group stages, what a game changer.
Watching the final season of Game of Thrones. I mean OMG!! It's such a great series, there hasn't been one dull episode yet. Now to wait until April for the new series.
Planned some activities to do in Thailand. We have booked an eating tour around Bangkok (Sam's idea of course!) and a day looking after and riding an elephant. Think we will book more activities when we are there like a cooking class and more!
Working out all the time! I love my workout DVDs and it's doing wonders for me.
Enjoying my nephew (my brother's baby) so much at the moment! He is getting so animated and doing some really funny stuff lately. I can't get enough. It's amazing how much extra love you can feel when you think you've got no more to give! Can't imagine how much my heart is going to explode when I eventually have my own!
Ordered a new retro bikini (in black) & swimsuit! (similar). Never felt more confident in these!
Wanting time to slow down still.
Drinking so much water & feeling better for it.
Looking forward to experiencing a different culture.
Celebrating my parents-in-laws 25th wedding anniversary this weekend with the family & a big lunch!

Appreciating this life I've got. Everything feels so good at the moment I'm savouring every feeling.
Saying goodbye to some really special people this month. We live on a mission training base and various friends who have been living in our community are now beginning to leave to go to their various different countries. Its such a privilege to live along side such brave and obedient people. I'm inspired all the time.
Hoping the next bunch of mission trainees are going to be as much fun as this lot have been.
Learning to love people better.
Anticipating our holiday to Thailand! Yes, Thailand! We leave in about 4 weeks. I can't wait. We've been reassured that everything will be ok despite what is going on over there at the moment.
Eating no carbohydrates or sugar! I feel sooooo much better for it too. It's not always easy and I do allow myself the odd treat or night off but it's definitely something I can continue to do.
Watching Game of Thrones season 4. So intense! Who else is watching??
Planning activities to do in Thailand. Something with elephants I think!
Working in bed currently with a stomach ache. Boohooo. We just bought new pillows & duvet though so I'm as comfortable as can be.
Enjoying the time off Sam has had recently with bank holidays and hours owed back. So nice to have him home with me in the daytime.
Ordering maybe a new bikini....I'll see what Sam has to say about that.
Wanting time to slow down.
Drinking coffee all the time now we have our nespresso machine. I never thought I'd care much for a coffee machine but now I wouldn't go back. Who needs to go out for quality coffee when you can have it in your own home (in bed, like I am now!)
Looking forward to new adventures and experiences in the coming months. Things are rapidly changing for us (no, not pregnant yet!) but other exciting things on the horizon!
Celebrating NEARLY 3 years of marriage. We'll be in Thailand for cocktails!

Packing or at least helping to pack up Sam's suitcase for his two week awareness/mission trip to India with work. This will be the longest we have ever been apart. I totally know this is nothing compared to what so many wives go through with the military, etc but not nice either way. I'm very excited for him though - this will be an amazing thing for him to do, especially to do on his own. We probably haven't done anything massive without each other since we started dating.
Planning lots of fun things to do while he's not here! I've already got a girlie sleepover with my bestie on Saturday & taken some time off work to possibly go away for a few nights with my momma to the countryside!
Appreciating our life so much! We have been so fortunate past & present in the things we've been able to see and do. I don't take it for granted at all!
Working out to Jillian Michael's DVDs. A friend & I are doing workouts EVERY DAY. I have never enjoyed exercise but since committing to doing it I can't get enough! I've turned into such a workout junkie. On the weekends we have off, all I want to do is get my heart rate up! I bought myself some weights & got a few more of her DVDs to mix up the workouts more. We feel brilliant! Although a few people who live on the base too have just started the insanity workout! Have you heard of it?? I watched them do it today & it does look insane just like it's name. I might brave it once a week.
Watching season 8 of Grey's Anatomy. Last month I wrote that I was on season 5. Ummm....that's a bit embarrassing! hah. Oh well, I have to watch this season slowly anyway because I promised a friend we would watch season 9 together & she's away for 4 weeks. Oh boy....
Loving my Vineyard Church family. Sam & I have just come back from the Vineyard National Leader's Conference in Nottingham. We had an amazing few days connecting with other Vineyard church's, engaging in some seriously good worship and listening to some seriously good preaching. We've come home very tired from late nights & early mornings but refreshed!
In the middle of lots of projects that I can't seem to complete at the moment because January has been such a busy month. February doesn't look like it's going to slow down either. Maybe now Sam is away I can do a few late nights (we like to go to bed together as much as we can).
Enjoying ice cold water, especially after workouts.
Using the printer we purchased a few weeks ago. I was looking for a decent one to use from home that I can also get quality photos printed from. I have gathered some images ready to print so I'll let you know how they turn out. So far I've only printed text but I also plan to use it for future craft projects!
Researching places to explore while Sam is away.

Missing...you guessed it...Sam! He literally just left. :o( It's ook, big adventure awaits him!

Dreaming about 'The Hobbit' a lot. Saw the new film before Christmas on the night for release & seeing it again as tradition on New Year's Day with the rest of my family. I brought the extended version on blu-ray for Sam for Christmas so we watched that & all the extras! Ooops. Oh well, still the holidays for us.
Appreciating having lazy days with Sam while we still can. Sam still has a while before he's back at work & I'll be VERY busy in the new year. I expect early mornings & late nights so making the most of relaxing.
Eating far too much! We have plenty of leftovers still & our Christmas treat cupboard seems never ending. Not complaining!
Watching all the new films we got for Christmas & I'm on season 5 of Grey's Anatomy now!
Loving spending so much time with friends & family.
Planning new year's eve party at our place & Sam's birthday do in the first week of January.
Working on my patience.
Enjoying the last week of our Christmas decorations. We take them down usually on 6th January. Sam's birthday is on the 5th & he likes his birthday pressies under the tree still. Hehe.
Drinking a few cocktails! Sam has really gotten into mixing drinks & I bought him a cocktail set for Christmas.
Looking forward to starting 'Project Life'. More on that soon!
Searching for a good printer so start printing off my own photos without having to order them online. Any recommendations appreciated!?
Researching a lot of new projects & ideas for the new year. I'm overflowing!

Thought I'd start a new series of 'currently in...' to share some of the things I've found that I've enjoyed or has inspired me.
Inspiration for this blog series came from Katie Shelton of Skunkboy

Dreaming up new adventures with Sam for the new year.

Beginning to share my experiences with anxiety when I've been too afraid to in the past.
Appreciating these last few months that have been a huge process of healing and overcoming.
Eating relatively healthy foods before all the 'too-good-to-avoid' food enters my house!
Watching season 3 of Grey's Anatomy. I recently started watching this series and although it took a while to get into I'm kinda hooked! There are 9 seasons streaming through my lovefilm & the show is still going on tv. Good job I can watch them in the background while I work...
Loving layering up in this cold & frosty weather.
Planning what edible gifts we're going to make this year for friends & family.
Working on possibly redesigning my blog a little.
Enjoying my home. At this period in our life this home we live in feels so God given to us that I can't help looking around each day and thanking God for where we are at the moment.
Ordering a whole lot of Christmas presents. I prefer online shopping over Christmas, the crowds are too much!
Wanting to start a lot of new craft projects.
Drinking a lot of hot chocolate.
Looking forward to a date tonight with the hubby.
Celebrating life! Life is pretty sweet at the moment.
Wishing you all a jolly good Wednesday!
